Looks nice, but poorly designed.

Looks great, but a poorly designed toilet. The seat is unusually wide and thin, which means it's uncomfortable to sit on. The seat is heavy and doesn't have a soft-close feature, so it will slam shut if you aren't careful. The shape and hole placement of the lid is non-standard so you can't install something like a bidet sprayer attachment (such as a Luxe Bidet). The water spot is small so it's difficult to keep clean, has a lot of splash-back, and doesn't flush very well.
